Uri Boness has over 12 years of open source Enterprise Java experience, many of which dedicated and focused on Apache Lucene related technologies. An active Apache Lucene community member, often with contributions to various open source projects in the Apache Lucene ecosystem. Previously, Uri served as the head of the search department at Orange11, where he helped drive and secure Orange11′s position as an internationally renowned leader in open source search technologies.

Simon Willnauer is an Apache Lucene core committer and Apache Software Foundation Member. He has been involved with Apache Lucene since 2006 and has contributed to several other open source projects within and outside the Apache Software Foundation. Nick is Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and a member of the AICPA and the California Society of CPA’s.

Robin Sharpe is VP of Operations for Elasticsearch responsible for systems, reporting and control of the Elasticsearch Professional Services Organization. Robin has more than fifteen years experience in senior financial executive roles in technology focused businesses including IBM and start ups such as SpringSource. Justin Hoffman is Vice President of Sales for Elasticsearch where he is responsible for advancing the company’s sales strategy, customer success initiatives, and growing the customer base.
